What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the forms on this site: a room booking (name, phone, email, chosen room, dates, number of guests, notes), a table reservation (name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests, notes) and the contact form (name, phone, email, your message).

We collect nothing automatically: this site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no comments and no user registration.

Why we need it

Solely to handle your request: to confirm a booking, to contact you and to answer your question. We do not use this data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept in the site admin area and in the hotel mailbox for as long as we need them to serve your stay and to meet accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

No one. Your data is not sold and not passed to partners. One technical exception: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers — your IP address and browser type reach them.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies: it remembers the interface language you chose, and the forms carry spam protection. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. Write to welcome@polonyna.example — we will reply within a reasonable time.
